2 15-oz. cans refried beans
2 avocados, peeled and mashed
1 cup sour cream
1/2 lb. finely grated cheddar cheese (more if desired)
1 15-oz. can black olives, sliced
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup chopped tomatoes or fresh salsa
Chili powder and garlic salt to taste
Mix chili powder with refried beans. Arrange in layers from bottom to top starting with beans followed by green onions, avocados, sour cream, tomatoes, cheese, olives. Repeat layers finishing the top layer with cheese.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with tortilla chips and a nice cold beer.
