Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, soft
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups flour
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup raisins
2 cups cornflakes
2 cups oatmeal

Preparation:
Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and mix. Mix baking soda and baking powder with flour. Add flour to sugar mixture and blend well. Add coconut and raisins, mix well, Add cornflakes and oatmeal. Mix well and sprinkle with water if necessary to mold into balls or drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet if preferred. Bake at 375°for 8-10 minutes.

Calories per cookie are 112 each if you make 50 cookies.  Total calories per entire batch of cookies are 5,614 calories.
