Ingredients:
12 oz. butterscotch chips
1 small can cashews (crushed)
1 large can Chinese noodles
Preparation:
Melt butterscotch in double boiler (just until the lumps are gone). Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and pour butterscotch over it. Mix and drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper.
Variation:
Substitute popcorn for the Chinese noodles.
