Cheesy Party Puffs

Ingredients:

1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Preparation:
In a large saucepan, over medium heat, bring water and butter to a boil. Quickly add flour, stirring until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Add eggs, a little at a time, beating well after each addition. Add 1/2 cup of cheese and mix well. Drop mixture by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Top each puff with a pinch of remaining cheese. Bake at 425° for approximately 20 minutes. Turn off oven. Pierce sides of each puff in a few places and return to turned off oven for 5 minutes.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve warm.
