1 small box Velveta cheese
1 14-oz. can chili without beans
Few drops hot sauce
Preparation:
Place cheese and chili in bowl. Microwave on medium heat for a couple minutes. Remove from microwave oven and stir. Keep heating a little at a time until cheese is melted, hot and the chili is blended with cheese. Adjust seasoning with hot sauce.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve the dip hot along with tortilla chips.
History:
This was one of Mom’s recipe’s and one of Mike’s favorites.
