Crab Spread

Ingredients:

6 green onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound crab meat
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbs. horseradish, grated (bottled)
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Preparation:
Pick over crab meat to remove any bits of shell. In a bowl, stir together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and stir in all ingredients except crab until combined well. Stir in crab until just combined. Chill crab spread, covered, at least 8 hours and up to 1 day to develop flavors.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve crab spread on crackers.
