2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1/2 cup light corn syrup
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup walnuts
Preparation:
Combine sugar, water and corn syrup in a saucepan and bring to soft crack stage. Remove pan from fire. Beat egg whites until stiff. Spoon egg whites into syrup while beating syrup. Add vanilla and walnuts. Pour into square pan and let cool.
Serving Suggestion:
When cool, cut into squares.
