Ingredients:
Duck liver
Garlic
Chef’s salt
Thyme
Parsley
Pepper
Preparation:
Sauté duck liver in oil. Add seasonings to your taste. Purée cooked liver in food processor. Fill small, oiled container with mixture. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
