1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 cup water
1 egg white
1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 marshmallows
Preparation:
Bring sugar, salt, water and cream of tartar to a boil and let cook until sugar dissolves. Beat egg white until peaks form. Add egg white and marshmallows to sugar beating until peaks form. Add vanilla and its ready to
frost your cake.
