French Herb Cheese


Ingredients:

2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter, softened
Garlic powder to taste
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes hot pepper sauce
1 tsp. dill
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1 Tbs. chives
1/2 tsp. celery seeds
1/4 tsp. fines herbs
1 tsp. chopped parsley
Seasoned salt to taste
1-2 tsp. lemon juice to taste
1-2 Tbs. whipping cream

Preparation:
In food processor, combine cream cheese, butter, garlic powder, Worcestershire, hot pepper sauce, dill, chives, basil, thyme, tarragon, celery seeds, fine herbs, parsley, seasoned salt to taste, lemon juice and enough whipping cream to smooth out mixture if using food processor. Refrigerate over night.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve at room temperature with crackers or on hot, fresh cooked corn on the cob.
