Guacamolé


Ingredients:

6-8 ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
1 small white onion, minced
1/2 cup fresh salsa
Garlic Salt

Preparation:
Mash avocados with onions using a fork. Add salsa and garlic salt to taste.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.

Variation:
Add 3/4 cup finely grated cheddar cheese for a change of taste. Finely chopped tomatoes and a hot sauce may be substituted for the salsa or use hot pepper flakes in lieu of tomatoes or salsa.
