Hot Cheese Dip



Ingredients:

2 fresh tomatoes, skinned
1 small box Velveta cheese
1/2 tsp. or more hot salsa

Preparation:
Simmer tomatoes until soft. Combine tomatoes, cheese and salsa in a bowl. Heat in microwave until cheese has melted. Stir well.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with your favorite chips or crackers for dipping.

Variation:
Add bacon bits, cooked ground sausage or beef if you want more substance to the dip.
