Lemon Cake

Ingredients:

     Cake
1 yellow or white cake mix
3/4 cup water
1 small pkg. lemon Jello
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup vegetable oil

     Glaze
3/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation:
Blend cake mix with water for 2 minutes on medium speed. Add eggs and oil and mix for another 5 minutes. Pour cake into 9 x 13 x 2 inch greased baking dish. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

While cake is baking, prepare glaze by blending lemon juice with powdered sugar. Pour glaze over warm cake poking holes in top of cake with toothpick so glaze can penetrate cake.
