Ingredients:
2 lbs. small button mushrooms
1/4 cup butter
1 bottle Italian salad dressing
Preparation:
Clean mushrooms and trim stems. Melt butter in large skillet; add mushrooms and sauté mushrooms until soft. Drain mushrooms and place in Tupperware (or other container with a tight lid). Add enough Italian dressing to cover mushrooms. Place mushrooms in refrigerator to marinate for a couple of days.
Serving Suggestion:
Drain mushrooms and place in a bowl. Great for snacking.
