3 packets (one 1 lb. pkg.) Honey Graham Crackers
8 oz. mixed, diced candied fruits
1 cup chopped pitted dates
3/4 cup light seedless raisins
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 6 oz. can evaporated milk
1/3 cup water
Preparation:
Roll honey grahams to fine crumbs between two sheets of waxed paper. In a large bowl thoroughly mix all ingredients except milk and water. Gradually add combined milk and water mixing and kneading until all the crumbs are moistened.
Press firmly into a waxed paper lined loaf pan. Garnish with additional candied fruit and nuts, if desired. Cover with aluminum foil. Refrigerate at least two days before serving.
