2 tall cans pineapple juice
Juice of 1 lemon
1 liter bottle ginger ale
Lime sherbet
Preparation:
Combine chilled pineapple juice, lemon juice and ginger ale in large punch bowl.
Serving Suggestion:
Float a scoop or two of sherbet on pineapple punch or serve in a hollowed out pineapple.
Variation:
Substitute your favorite fruit juice or sherbet; or spike this punch to suit your taste.
