Ingredients:
1 can frozen lemonade
Fresh spearmint sprigs
Gin
Club Soda
Preparation:
Blend lemonade with spearmint in blender. Strain and set aside.
Serving Suggestion:
In a tall glass, add 1 shot of gin with 1 shot of lemonade. Add ice then fill glass with soda. Decorate with a sprig of mint and/or a half slice of lemon.
History:
We enjoyed cool glasses of spearmint lemonade when we visited Joe Heslin and his wife many years ago. They were living in Santa Barbara and running an FBO at the airport there.
