3 cups leftover chili
1 1/2 lbs. ground sirloin, or turkey
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
3 hamburger buns
Preparation:
Heat leftover chili until hot. Make 6 quarter pound patties out of the ground sirloin or turkey. Sprinkle with salt and pepper then fry until evenly browned on both sides. Place two halves of hamburger bun on each of three plates. Top each half with patty. Spoon chili over patty and top with grated cheddar cheese.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with tortilla chips.
