Chocolate Crinkles


Ingredients:
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 cups sugar
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted
4 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Preparation:
Mix oil, sugar and melted chocolate together. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla. Add baking powder, salt and flour to oil mixture and blend well. Refrigerate overnight or for a couple of hours.

Form into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes.
