1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups brown sugar (packed)
2 cups butter, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
5 cups flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
24 oz. Mini M and M’s
Preparation:
Cream sugars and butter together in a mixer. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients to sugar mixture. Mix until smooth. Add M and M’s. Mix just until incorporated. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes at 375° until golden brown.
Variation:
Add 1 to 2 cups pecan pieces.
