Ellen’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup Crisco
2 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
5 oz. peanut butter chips
6 oz. dark chocolate chips

Preparation:
Sift dry ingredients. Cream Crisco, peanut butter, sugars, and eggs. Add dry ingredients. Mix in peanut butter and chocolate chips. Shape into small balls and flatten with a fork or your hand onto a baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 12 minutes or until brown.

Serving Suggestion:
This recipe tastes good as is or crumbled over some vanilla ice cream.
