Sautéed Cod

Ingredients:
4 fresh rock cod fillets
1/2 cup flour
Garlic salt
White pepper
1/2 cup clarified butter

Preparation:
Wash fillets in cold water and pat dry. Sprinkle fillets with garlic salt and pepper. Dip fillets in flour then set aside.

Heat butter in skillet over medium high heat. Sauté fillets for about a minute on each side. Remove from skillet and serve at once.
