Shrimp Tempura

Ingredients:
1 pound shrimp, peeled, tail-on
1 sweet potato, peeled and sliced
1 sweet onion, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
8-10 green beans
1 zucchini, sliced into 1/4 inch thick slices
Flour
Panko Flakes
1 egg, beaten

Preparation:
Heat oil in deep fryer or wok to 450˚

Dip shrimp and vegetables first in flour then egg then Panko Flakes.  Drop in hot oil and cook until golden brown.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with steamed white rice and tempura sauce.
