Ingredients:
Skipjack tuna fillets, freshly caught and bled immediately
Milk to cover fillets
Bernsteins Italian Salad Dressing
Preparation:
Soak fillets in milk for at least 4 hours. Drain.
Marinate fillets in Italian Salad Dressing for 20 to 30 minutes. Cook slowly in a non-stick skillet approximately 2 minutes per side.
