Tuna Burgers

Ingredients:
2 6-ounce cans of tuna
4 Tbs. mayonnaise
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
Sweet pickle slices
Salt and pepper to taste.
4 sesame-seed hamburger buns
Thousand Island salad dressing

Preparation:
Spread bottom of 4 sesame-seed hamburger buns with Thousand Island salad dressing.  Mix tuna, mayonnaise and celery together.  Spread 1/4 of tuna mixture on each bun.  Place sweet pickle slices on top of tuna and top with bun.  Wrap tightly in foil.  Heat in 350˚ oven for 20 minutes.

History:
This recipe comes from Disneyland.  Chicken of the Sea used to have a fast-food restaurant in a boat across from Tom Sawyer’s Island.  When Rick was young, we would take him to Disneyland and eat tuna burgers.
