Ingredients:
1/4 cup hoisen sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/4 cup plum sauce
1/4 cup sake
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 Tbs. minced garlic
1 Tbs. minced ginger
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients together. Use as marinade on meat or place in small pot and bring to a boil. Cool and baste meat with sauce while cooking.
