Antipasto Salad

Ingredients:
4 oz. sliced salami
4 oz. sliced provolone cheese
4 slices Proscuitto, cut in strips
4 oz. Mortadello, sliced in half rounds
1 red bell pepper, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch strips
2 tomatoes sliced or cut into wedges
1-2 oz. can of anchovies, drained
Black olives, sliced
8-10 pepperoncini
Red onion, sliced
1 head iceberg lettuce, washed and shredded
Olive oil
Red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper

Preparation:
Place lettuce on plates and arrange remaining ingredients on top. Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve the salad well chilled along with hot, crusty Italian bread.
