Apricot-Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 cup prepared horseradish
1/2 cup apricot preserves
1 Tbs. lemon juice

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients. Chill until ready to use.

Serving Suggestion:
Spoon sauce over cooked fish, shrimp or chicken.
