8 slices whole wheat bread
4 Tbs. Best Foods Mayonnaise
2 Hass avocados, peeled and sliced
16 slices crisp bacon
4 large leaves iceberg lettuce
Preparation:
Toast bread and spread half a tablespoon of mayonnaise on each slice of toast. Assemble sandwiches by layering avocado slices, 4 slices of bacon, and 1 leaf of lettuce on each of 4 slices of toast. Top each with another slice of toast and cut in half diagonally. Serve immediately.
