Boursin Cream Sauce

Ingredients:
5.2 oz. pkg. Boursin Garlic and Herb Cheese
3/4 - 1 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Place cheese and cream in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk constantly until cheese is melted and very warm. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Suggestion:
Spoon sauce over sautéed albacore or freshly grilled steak or salmon.

Variation:
After sautéing fish, place cheese in sauté pan and whisk until melted. Continue whisking and slowly add cream. Season with salt and pepper.
