Ingredients:
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. granulated sugar
1 Tbs. chopped parsley
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbs. chives
2 Tbs. chopped fresh dill
1 1/2 cups sour cream
Preparation:
Beat egg until fluffy and light. Add all seasoning ingredients then add sour cream. Chill the sauce then serve over cold fish like salmon.
