Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
Canned fruit cocktail, drained
Canned tidbit pineapple, drained
Miniature marshmallows
Canned mandarin oranges, drained
Bananas, peeled and sliced
Mayonnaise or sour cream for sauce

Preparation:
Combine all fruit and add enough mayonnaise or sour cream to moisten fruit or to taste. Chill well.

History:
This is my mother’s recipe. I have no idea where she got it.



My staff at our last annual Christmas luncheon. I announced my retirement at the end of the meal.
