Ginger Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:
2 Tbs. soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbs. rice wine vinegar
1 Tbs. sesame oil
1 Tbs. minced green onion, white and green portions
1 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted
2 tsp. crystallized ginger, puréed

Preparation:
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, green onion, sesame seeds and ginger purée. Heat until bubbles appear around the edges, 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 20-30 minutes.
