Ingredients:
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons wasabe paste
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon grated ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup butter
Preparation:
Heat all ingredients except butter until bubbling. Whisk in butter a tablespoon at a time until incorporated.
Sauce is great on rock cod, seabass, yellowtail, wahoo and dorado.
