Ingredients:
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 jalapeño, minced
3 Tbs. fresh ginger, minced
1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 cup Asian sesame oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup vegetable oil
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients.
Serving Suggestion:
Use as a dipping sauce for fish.
