Ingredients:
1 4-ounce can green chilis
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 Tbs. lime juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. dried basil
Pinch oregano
Dash Tabasco
1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Place all ingredients except oil in blender or food processor. Process until smooth. With processor running, drizzle oil in until well incorporated.
Serving Suggestion:
Great sauce for fish.
