Ingredients:
8 slices whole wheat bread
4 slices cheddar or American cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
Preparation:
Place one slice of cheese between two slices of bread. Brush both sides of sandwich with butter then grill until browned on both sides.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve hot along with a big bowl of cream of tomato soup.
Variation:
Add a slice of ham, chicken, or turkey for variety.
