Ingredients:
3/4 cup red wine vinegar
6 Tbs. finely chopped shallots
2 tsp. finely grated lemon zest
2 tsp. ground white pepper
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation:
In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover and let set overnight to blend flavors.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with fresh oysters on the half shell.
