1/2 lb. unbleached flour
1/2 lb. semolina flour
4 eggs, beaten
Preparation:
Place flour in pasta machine. With machine running, slowly pour in beaten eggs. When pasta starts to lump and stick to the sides of the pasta machine, place appropriate die for the shape of pasta desired. Begin extruding pasta sprinkling flour on pasta as it comes out of the machine. This keeps the fresh pasta from sticking together.
