Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 Tbs. Mirin
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and stir well. Refrigerate until ready to use. Sauce may be made a few hours ahead of time.
Serving Suggestion:
Ponzu sauce is great on baked or broiled fish.
