Ingredients:
3 red bell peppers, peeled and chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. Vietnamese hot sauce
1/3 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Microwave chopped red bell peppers in a ceramic dish covered with plastic wrap until soft (approximately 4 minutes).
Combine all ingredients except oil in food processor and purée. With processor running, gradually drizzle oil in processor until incorporated.
Serve sauce over fish or chicken.
