Refried Bean Soup

Ingredients:
1 can refried beans
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can chicken broth
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbs. olive oil

Toppings
Tortilla chips
Grated cheddar cheese
Sour cream

Preparation:
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until onions are soft. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for half an hour.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve soup hot and top with tortilla chips, grated cheese and sour cream.
