Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef, chicken or turkey
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 14-oz. can kidney or garbanzo beans
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 bag tortilla chips, crushed
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
Preparation:
Cook ground meat with taco seasoning in 2 tbs. olive oil until done, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat; drain and cool.
In a salad bowl, combine all ingredients and toss well. Serve immediately.
