Ingredients:
1 cup Mirin
1 cup soy sauce
3 cups water
1 cup shaved bonita or 2 tsp. hondashi
Preparation:
Bring Mirin to boil in a saucepan. Pour in rest of ingredients. Cook on low heat until it comes to a boil. If shaved bonita is used, strain the sauce. Serve warm 1/4 cup per serving.
