1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 lime, juice only
Pinch granulated sugar
1 Tbs. prepared wasabi paste
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients together. Mix well.
Serving Suggestion:
Wasabi Mayonnaise is great on tuna burgers, or as a sauce for fish fillets such as tuna, wahoo or yellowtail.
