Ingredients:
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbs. whipping cream (if needed)
Pate à Choux Recipe
Preparation:
Make pastry puffs according to the Pate à Choux recipe. Set aside puffs.
Add sugar to ricotta cheese and begin beating; add vanilla and gradually add whipping cream until filling is smooth but not too soft. Place in pastry bag and pipe into baked pastry puffs.
Serving Suggestion:
Sprinkle top of pastry puffs with powdered sugar or frost with Chocolate.
