Fruit Pizza

Ingredients:
1 Roll of Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough
1 cup whipped cream
8 oz. cream cheese
Various fruits, peeled and sliced (i.e. strawberries, mandarin oranges,
     bananas, kiwi, and mango)

Preparation:
Cut cookie dough into slices and place on round pizza pan.  Press into pizza pan so it covers the whole pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until light brown.  Let cool.

Beat cream cheese and whipped cream together in a bowl.  Spread evenly over cookie crust.  Cool in refrigerator.  Arrange several types of sliced fruit on top. Cut and eat.

Variation:
Use any combination of your favorite fruits including grapes or avocados.

History:
This recipe was a gift from my sister, Carol.
