Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh baby carrots
4 Tbs. butter

Preparation:
Place carrots and 2 Tbs. of butter in skillet just big enough to be in a single layer. Add enough water to almost cover carrots (about an inch deep). Cook on a medium heat until water is nearly evaporated. Add remaining butter.
