Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. light corn syrup
1/8 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk
Pinch salt
1 Tbs. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation:
Combine cocoa and sugar until there are no lumps left in cocoa. Place milk in saucepan over medium heat. Stir in corn syrup and sugar into milk. Stir in cocoa mixture then bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for a few minutes then remove from heat and add salt, butter and vanilla.
Serving Suggestion:
Pour immediately over vanilla ice cream or hot fudge brownies.
