Ingredients: 1 pkg. dry lima beans, washed and soaked in water over night 1 large ham hock or 2 cups diced ham 1 grated carrot 1 diced onion Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a stock pot and cover with chicken broth or hot water. Simmer for 2 to 3 hours or until beans are tender.
